Instapak Foam in Bag ® Packaging Systems

Foam in Bag systems deliver foam filled bags of a predetermined or variable size to an operator for fast and easy insertion into the shipping container. As the foam expands and sets, the bag(s) creates a protective cushion around the product. Instapak Quick ® RT Foam Packaging Systems

Instapak Quick RT units are effective for applications where conserving space, convenience, portability, and versatility are important. Needing no dispensing systems or warming units, these units are highly affordable as well. Pre-made bags come in two foam styles -

• Quick Tuff® RT - for maximum protection of heavy duty products

Instapak ® TempGuard™ Cold Chain Packaging Systems

TempGuard™ coolers, featuring Instapak® PUR foam, provide insulation superior to expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam packaging. Coolers can be custom designed to your own specifications, and are available in six standard sizes -
