Overview
The IPak TF-200 fully automatic tray former creates a variety of configurations, including regular slotted trays, one- and two-piece telescoping trays and self-locking trays.
Capable of continuous production up to 35 trays per minute, the IPak TF-200 is ideal for withstanding the rigors of heavy-duty, industrial applications.
Operation is simple, yet efficient: Hopper-fed die cut blanks are pulled by vacuum cups onto drive, where hot melt adhesive is applied. The blank is impacted, folded and formed into a tray, which is then ejected upright onto conveyor, ready for filling.
Size changes are completed quickly and easily, making this versatile machine well-suited for agricultural, food processing and distribution environments.
