STOROPACK Paperplus

The STOROpack PAPERplus® systems employ a unique pleating technology that maximizes use of paper products to create efficient, effective packaging material. These paper pads are widely used for cushioning, void fill, block and brace, and wrapping applications.

Classic – used for stabilizing and cushioning heavy weight products. The dense, multilayer paper mattress is resistant to tears, and provides extra strength and durability for protecting products against breakage, shock and impact damage. While offering sturdy protection, Classic paper pads are flexible and can be easily formed to accommodate many types of block & brace and cushioning applications. Depending on your specific applications, choose the Classic², Classic or Classic Table Model paper pad machine.

Chevron – uses minimal material to create pleated paper tubes. The single layer, large volume tubes are highly efficient for void fill purposes. The pleated cushioning also can be used as padding to protect medium weight products. The flexible paper tube material is easy to handle and is perforated every 4″ to create custom-length pads. Choose from the Chevron², Chevron or Chevron Table Model machine that’s best suited for your application.

Shooter – creates single layer, lightly structured paper pads that are designed for top-filling cartons. The high-speed dispenser shoots the material directly on top of packed products to create customized cushioning and void fill. The lightweight pads are well-suited for varying, high-volume applications. The Shooter machine is available in a table mount or standing model.

All paper products are derived from sustainable resources, and are 100% reusable and recyclable.
