Customers wrapping between 30-100 loads per day find that the Q-300XT improves their overall productivity. If you don't have a steady production flow, the Q-300XT can wrap as many as 40 loads per hour. The Q-300XT starts the stretch wrapping cycle with a remote START lanyard switch and the film is automatically attached. When the Q-300XT finishes the cycle, the film is automatically cut.
Customers wrapping 80-360 loads per day find the Q-1000 the "right" solution. Fork truck "traffic jams" around semi-automatic machines are eliminated and operator involvement in the wrapping cycle is not required. The Q-1000 automatic conveyorized stretch wrapper can operate as a free-standing unit or be integrated into a high volume, conveyorized operation.
The S-1500 Series is a fully automatic stretch wrap system that can either be loaded manually or can operate in-line with other automated equipment. Ideal wrapper for tall column stacked loads that are unstable or too heavy to rotate. The S-1500 is equipped with Pallet-Grip®, the patented solution that locks your load to the pallet to reduce load shifting, product damage, and returned goods.
The S-2500 Series is a fully automatic stretch wrap system that can either be loaded manually or can operate in-line with other automated equipment. Ideal wrapper for tall column stacked loads that are unstable or too heavy to rotate. The S-2500 is equipped with Pallet-Grip®, the patented solution that locks your load to the pallet to reduce load shifting, product damage, and returned goods.
