Overview
The BEL 505 semi-automatic case forming and packing station is compact and economic. This versatile machine provides the ability to handle many different RSC case sizes and types with a simple, quick and tool-less change-over.
Position the formed case onto a roller deck for easy loading and transfer to a case sealer. Combining this case former to any case sealer allows an operator to pack and seal corrugated cartons in a single operation. Perfect for hands-free case loading, the Wexxar/BEL 505 uses the case hold-down feature to keep boxes in place.
This machine’s dynamic flap-folding system power folds all bottom flaps, reducing extra manual labor that can be caused by preforming cases prior to loading on manual hand packing lines.
Built and designed in North America with premium materials and corrosion resistant construction, this machine is made for lasting performance. Along with easy maintenance and operation, it’s a perfect solution for low to mid volume applications looking for an entry level machine.
