Overview

Sealed Air offers a variety of inflatable, paper and foam cushioning systems that deliver versatile, convenient and reliable cushioning solutions for a wide range of packaging applications.

NewAir I.B.® Express is a convenient, tabletop system that quickly produces inflated cushioning sheets at a rate of 55 feet per minute. A single film roll can produce up to 5,000 square feet of Barrier Bubble® material. An ideal on-demand solution for environments that need to avoid storage of bulky packaging material.

The PackTiger® Paper Cushioning System creates up to 150 custom-length paper pads per minute. This environmentally-sound cushioning solution easily integrates into current packaging environments. Its easy-to-use control panel stores up to 24 custom pad configurations—ideal for use at either manual or online pack stations.

As the name implies, SpeedyPacker® is a high-volume foam cushioning system. Capable of producing up 21 custom-shape cushions per minute, this system can serve single or multiple packaging line operations. On-demand Instapak® foam cushions deliver considerable storage and cost savings, while offering superior product protection in an attractive package.

The Instapacker® Tabletop offers foam-in-bag packaging in an affordable, user-friendly system. Customized cushions are created by placing product directly into expanding Instapak® foam-filled bags. This low-cost solution reduces material and labor costs, and is flexible enough to support shipping room, pack station and production floor packaging applications.

The Instapack iMold® system is designed to provide customized Instapak® cushions for automated, high-volume packaging operations. This easy to use foam-in-place machine strategically dispenses foam throughout the bag to produce a variety of cushion designs. The technologically-advanced system loads the pre-set cushion recipe for error-free operation. Ideal for use in decentralized work-cell or in batch production environments.
