With operating speeds up to 65 straps per minute, the SM65 Automatic Strapper is well-suited for automated, high production environments. The SM65 accepts multiple strap widths, and is available in two dozen arch size configurations to accommodate a wide range of packaging applications.
Innovative features include tool-free strap access, photocell activation, one piece track for parallel strap alignment, sensor controlled heater for consistent and reliable seals, plus jam-free technology, which ejects missed straps and re-sets machine to ready position.
Operator-friendly characteristics include adjustable table height, waist-level coil changes, foot bar switch for “hands free” operation, and pivoting control panel.
