Hanchett Paper Company d/b/a Shorr Packaging Corporation (“Shorr,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) values its customers, their information, their privacy, and their trust. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to information collected online from users who visit the Shorr website, www.shorr.com, and any other websites, mobile applications, and online services that we operate and that include a link to this Policy (collectively, the “Websites”), and explains how we collect, use, and protect that information. This Policy applies to Shorr’s collection, use, processing, storage, and transfer of personal information from the Websites. For purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Websites include email correspondence of Shorr’s online forms and other electronic messages between you and the Websites.
When we refer to “you” or “your,” we mean the person accessing the Websites. If the person accessing the Website does so on behalf of, or for the purposes of, another person, including a business or other organization, “you” or “your” also means that other person, including a business organization.
By using any of the Websites, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of use. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use any of the Websites.
Throughout this Policy, we refer to the term “Personal Information.” “Personal Information” means data which identify, describe, are associated with, or for which an individual’s identity may reasonably be determined, such as a name, birthdate, postal address, email address, telephone number, driver’s license number, Social Security number or other government-issued identification number, credit card number, or other unique identifiers. Personal Information does not include information publicly available, such as information appearing in federal, state, or local records.
Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify a specific person, even if combined with other data. Also, we may collect information related to businesses, companies, institutions, or other entities rather than individuals (“Business Information”). We do not consider Business Information, such as title, employer’s name, work phone number, work address, and other similar business information, to be Personal Information.
In some jurisdictions, certain Personal Information is considered “Sensitive Personal Information.” “Sensitive Personal Information” includes your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data used to identify a person, health-related data, and sexual orientation. We do not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information.
This Privacy Policy does not cover information we collect by means other than the Websites. If you have any questions about how we use information collected by means other than the Websites, you should inquire at or before the time you give such information to us. Note that this Privacy Policy contains several important exceptions, most notably the Exceptions involving use of information to identify and/or pursue persons who are under criminal investigation or who damage, or may damage, our information or other resources. INFORMATION WE COLLECT OR PROCESS
When you use or access the Websites, we may collect Personal Information directly from you, such as the following:
- Identifiers, such as name, email address, company or employer name, billing address state, shipping address, and phone number.

- Transaction information, such as when and where the transactions occur, purchase order numbers, the names of the transacting parties, a description of the transactions, the payment amounts, and the devices and payment methods used to complete the transactions.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our Websites through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data are captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Website Analytics
We may use various technologies to learn more about how visitors use the Websites, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how visitors use the Websites. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the Websites includes your IP address. If you so choose, you may be able to opt out by turning off cookies in the preferences settings in your browser. We use HubSpot for analytics purposes. HubSpot uses third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information, including Personal Information, to provide its services. We may also use other technologies to monitor your activities on the Websites, such as pixel tags and log files through Facebook and/or Meta and other similar sites.
We or our hosting provider may collect traffic information from visitors for statistical analysis and site improvement. When you access the Websites, we or our hosting provider may collect information about your visit in a log file on a server. Log file information may include, but is not limited to, your IP address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We or our hosting provider use this information to analyze trends, administer sites, track users’ movements in the aggregate, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses and other log file information are not linked to personally identifiable information. We do not try to track users or to identify users individually except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, but we or our hosting provider do review this information to understand overall trends and to determine what kinds of content are popular and useful to users.
Third-Party Service Providers, Marketing, and Advertising
Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Websites are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. Additional third-party cookies may be used alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Websites. The information that third-party cookies collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services (i.e., tracking such activities). They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Job Applicants
We may post open positions with us on our Websites for you to apply. If you choose to apply for one of these positions through our Websites you will be redirected to Jobvite to complete the application process. Ordering, Event Registration, and Related Processes
When and if you order products or services using a Website or register for an event, we request information from you using an order form. When we already have information about you (such as through a previous order or registration, whether received through a Website or otherwise), we may use such information to facilitate the order or registration process. When using an order form, you must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we use this contact information to contact you.
Managing and Blocking Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the computer that runs an Internet browser. It can contain information about you, your computer, your browser, your session, the websites you visit, and other information about you or others who use, or have used, the computer or browser you use to access the Internet. The cookies we use, if any, are not linked to any personally identifiable information while using a site unless you have given us permission to link personally identifiable information to one or more cookies. Children’s Information
Our Websites are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us by using the information in the Contact Information section, below, and we will take steps to remove such Personal Information from our systems.
Your Choices
You may choose not to provide the Personal Information we request through the Websites. However, not providing information we request may restrict your ability to use certain features of the Websites. For example, you may be able to restrict the collection of Personal Information or functionality through your device’s operating system or by disabling cookies but doing so may prevent you from using the functionality of the Websites. Some Internet browsers have a “do-not-track” feature that let you tell the Websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, the Websites do not respond to browser “do-not-track” signals.
Users who no longer wish to receive newsletters or promotional materials or have their information provided to third parties may opt to not receive such communications or have information shared by contacting us using the information below. We will comply with such requests as soon as is commercially practicable. Such compliance may involve batch processing and other processes that take 30 days or longer. If you opt not to receive such communications or allow us to share your information and then give your personal information to us again using a site or under other circumstances that permit us to use your information, we will regard this action as a rescission of your earlier opt-out request.
In most cases, it is impractical for us to stop any other party to whom we have supplied your information from continuing to use the information and opting out will usually not stop others to whom we have provided your information from continuing to use it. If your Personal Information changes, if you have reason to believe that your Personal Information as we maintain it is incorrect, or if you no longer desire service, you may contact us using our Contact Information and we will accommodate all reasonable requests for such changes.

Additional Details About How We Share Information
Aggregated Information. We or our hosting provider may share aggregated demographic information with our users, our affiliated organizations, and other organizations with which we do, or contemplate doing, business. Such information is aggregated and is not linked to any information that can identify individual users.
Use and Disclosure of Anonymous Information. We sometimes use the non-Personal Information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze how our site is used, as well as to offer you products, programs or services. While we use good faith efforts to verify that such vendors, suppliers, and advertisers promote products and services of interest to site users, we cannot, and do not, endorse such vendors, suppliers, advertisers, products or services unless we expressly state otherwise. We share only such information as you yourself provide to us or someone else provides about you (such as through a registration process) and do not share Personal Information derived indirectly through IP address tracing or similar means. Transfer of Business Assets. The Personal Information you provide is considered a company asset and may be included among transferred assets if we or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates or any of their assets is ever acquired by a third-party.

You may have the certain legal rights in relation to our use of your Personal Information.

We may require that you verify your identity before exercising your individual rights. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days of receipt. The period of response may be extended to forty-five (45) or sixty (60) days if more time is required. In that event, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
