Wexxar/Bel 507/507xl Semi-Automatic, Tilting Case Former

The BEL 507 semi-automatic, tilting case former and pack station is compact, economical and effective – designed specifically for manual case packing lines.

The BEL 507 integrates a base that permits a 30 degree tilt allowing tall cases and objects that are unstable to be easily load tipped and tilted. The 507 also allows bagged products to be packed in a vertical position preventing damage.

When integrated with any BEL case sealer the BEL 507 system allows the operator to form, pack, and seal corrugated cases in a single operation. The operator pushes a button, and the packing station returns to the vertical position (level with the out-feed). The case is then pushed out of the case former and into the case sealer.

Change case sizes in less than one minute with easy to use tool-less settings.
