What is an ESOP? ESOP stands for Employee Stock Ownership Program. A federally regulated employee benefit plan that allows employees to take an ownership interest in their company. As Shorr continues to grow, employee-owners are rewarded annually through a grant of ESOP shares building toward retirement. But it is important to note that at Shorr, being an employee-owner means so much more. It means being a part of high-functioning teams, problem-solvers, and open collaborators to partner with our customers.
