Label Mill LM1510 Automatic Apply Label Applicator

The Label Mill LM1510 and 1510HS automatic labeling systems make the setup and operation of label application easy not only with a wide range of optional features but the ability for use with left and right-hand models.

Designed for heavy-duty industrial use, this machine includes automatic setup, automatic label detect, missing label detect and advance, automatic speed compensation, and conveyor speed tracking.

For quick and easy system adjustments, the 1510 comes with an optional hand-held user interface that can control many of the standard features. Some features include: a batch counter, job storage, and operational modes.

With a variety of I/O points, this equipment allows for integration to scales, bar-code scanners, product diverters, automatic machines, conveyor lines, remote trigger, tamp synchronization, and indicator signals (low label, broken web, batch done, and more).

Bumping up the speed, accuracy, and dependability, the high speed servo motor drive in the LM1510 outperforms most other standard label applicators.
