Sealed Air’s inflatable air pillow systems are designed to answer the need for on-demand, versatile, and lightweight void fill and cushioning applications—from workstations to large scale fulfillment facilities.

The Fill-Air Cyclone® offers a portable, high-speed solution that produces 65 feet of cushions per minute. Film is available in four widths that can be converted to 5” or 8” lengths, offering up to eight cushion sizes. The Fill-Air Cyclone’s compact, tabletop design makes it a great choice for pack station environments.

The Fill-Air Rocket™ is an extremely fast system, which produces 100 feet of void fill cushions per minute. Using Fill-Air Extreme™ and Fill-Air Extreme Efficiency™ film, users have a choice of creating size different cushion sizes. This tabletop model features foolproof operation with active film web tracking and bag length detection to reduce film waste.

The Wonderfil™ Wrap system is an automatic, just-in-time cushion delivery system designed with simplicity in mind. This low cost, highly reliable system can be wall- or table mounted to fit just about any environment. The Wonderfil Wrap system is extremely easy to use, and requires no heat sealing or cutting. Wonderfil Wrap can be deflated and re-inflated for reuse.

Rapid Fill® is a unique, high-speed void fill packaging system that inflates the film bag inside the sealed carton to create a customized cushion. The operator simply inserts the film bag into the packed carton; the system detects the void and inflates the bag to fit precisely around the product. Rapid Fill is a highly-automated solution that can support multiple pick-and-pack stations.
