For high-speed, bottom lap seal applications, Texwrap offers the STB-145LS ePack Servo Bottom-Lap-Seal Wrapper, in a compact, easy-to-use unit.
This fully-loaded, durable machine features laser-cut, heavy-steel frame construction; a patented orbital servo head design that creates tighter packages while minimizing film usage; a heated bottom seal pad; plus multiple seal options.
Productivity-driven capabilities include wrapping up to 250 pieces per minute, with an optional film splicing device to keep packaging operations moving forward. The STB-145LS accommodates double-length film rolls, which means fewer film changes.
Operator-friendly features include a swiveling, color-touchscreen control panel with troubleshooting diagnostics, easy access sliding doors, and the quick-change film plow system.
