Texwrap Lap Sealers

Texwrap’s LSS Series machines feature patented Texwrap technology that ensures the machine creates a consistent, quality seal at high speed and is robust enough to run continuously, 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week. Either the Motion Trim or Orbital motion technologies ensure that the resulting machine maximizes speed while minimizing wear on moving parts.

• Servo Controlled Seal Jaw: Servo-controlled seal jaws allow operation at a higher rate while maintaining consistent, precise seals.
• Motion Trim™ technology: Increases throughput by running the infeed and exit conveyors while the seal jaws are in motion.
• Precision Product Control: Finely tuned product control through the transition zones to maximize seal strength and quality.
